#Remove [[turbocharger]].
#Unscrew nuts (1) for exhaust manifold (2).
#Take off exhaust manifold (2).
#Remove gasket.
#Check stud bolts (Install new stud bolts if damaged, tighten loose stud bolts).
#Clean sealing surfaces at exhaust manifold (2) and cylinder head (3) (To prevent damage and leakage, do not use any sharp-edged or pointed objects to clean the sealing surfaces on the cylinder head).
#Install in the reverse order.
#Test run engine and check exhaust system for leaks.

*Nut to exhaust manifold to cylinder head 30 Nm (Engine: 646.951/961/962/963/966, engines 647 648)
*Stud bolts, exhaust manifold to cylinder head 20 Nm (Engine: 646.951/961/962/963/966, 647.961, 648)
