Remove/install accelerator pedal

- Remove key from electronic ignition switch (EIS). Vehicles with code (889) Keyless-Go: Switch engine off, remove Keyless-Go cards from the vehicle and store outside of the transmitter range.
- Remove front left covering under dashboard.
- Remove mounting nut (arrow) from accelerator pedal (33). The accelerator pedal must not be disassembled otherwise it can get damaged. Installation: Accelerator pedal must be inserted with front guide lug (arrow) into firewall.
- Detach connector from accelerator pedal sensor (B37)
- Detach connector from kickdown switch (S16/6)
- Install in the reverse order
