For engine M112/M113:

  • OE A1120940604 (63 EUR)
  • Bosch 1457433071 (20 EUR)
  • MANN-FILTER C 3698/3-2 (20 EUR)
Engine air filter (MANN C 3698/3-2)

Replacement procedure

  1. Remove black intake tubes by pulling towards front of car.
  2. Lift black plastic cover with MB logo.
  3. Lift main engine cover and remove from car.
  4. Flip over, loosen 4 torx screws on each airbox.
  5. Remove filter, clean airbox out, and reinstall new filter.
  6. Hand tighten the torx screws.
  7. Replace main engine cover making sure its seated on MAF connection gasket
  8. Push black intake tubes back on.
  9. Replace front engine cover.
